  • Payments are due as specified in the invoice or project agreement.
  • Projects typically require a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) before work begins.
  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion or prior to website launch.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for the project.
  • Supply required content (text, images, branding assets, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Review project drafts and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use all materials you supply to us.

LiveServe24 will not be responsible for project delays caused by missing or late client inputs.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and deliverables will be transferred to the client.
  • LiveServe24 retains ownership of any custom code, templates, or proprietary tools used in the development process unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

6. Revisions and Support

  • Projects include a set number of revisions as defined in your proposal. Additional revisions or post-launch changes may incur extra fees.
  • Technical support and website maintenance are not included unless specified in a maintenance plan or service agreement.

7. Refund Policy

  • Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Refunds may be considered only if LiveServe24 has not started any design or development work at the time of cancellation.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

LiveServe24 shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
  • Website downtime, data loss, or security breaches after project delivery.
  • Errors or omissions caused by client-provided content or third-party software.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, or updates of such third-party products or services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
In such cases, the client remains responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

LiveServe24 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
